It is so nice that you are trying to tame them. They are totally feral, no owner, showed up at the JL sniffing Lester's horses. They have never had snacks, seen a barn, drunk from a waterer, or any of the stuff a normal donkey has. They are learning and it is so good to see you working with them. They are confused and probably somewhat scared. The first time they ever were penned up was at Longhorn Lesters for a couple of weeks.

Your cows want clean fresh water to drink, also. The pond water might be hot and / or taste different because of the hot weather. Oreo drinking from the water hose was so cute. You are awesome taking care of your animals. Brandon is the dark colored donkey. C-ward has a white spot on his forehead. Andy is the 3rd donkey. I like the names you called the donkeys. 😊

If all the cows are coming up to drink all the fresh clean water then I would give them a huge Traft of fresh water under a shade tree. They may not be liking the pond because it might be really warm for them to want to drink with how hot it is or maybe the taste of it has changed and they just want fresh cold water. I love Oreo and Myra they are too dang cute!

Dear Jake, the Donkey that you were feeding is not Albert, not Charly, but his name is C-word. He has a white marking on his forehead. Albert, who is the dominant donkey is called Andy and is the dark brown one. The donkey you called Ben, is the one without the white marking on the forehead and his name is Brandon. Jake, the male Holsteins are so much bigger than the females. I worked at a diary with all female Holsteins. They are about 15cm shorter than moo. The ABC are gorgeous. I have 2 ferral 2 humped bull camels 🐫 locked in my paws loading yard. His stations in outback Queensland,Australia. They broke through destroying so many fences one too many times. No one wants them, and the government wants them put down. I'm trying to find them a home.
