Upgrade to the CC02 Land Rover Defender 90 wheels. Added 105g of weight to each wheel making the CC02 heavier. Picked the wrong sized tyres though and have stuck with the stock tyres that came with the kit.

my personal preference is a 1.55" wheel with anywhere from 86mm to 100mm tyres. I have Lada Niva bodies and work on the fact that their wheels are 15" 0r 17" in 1:1... The 95mm tyres are certainly great. I use RC4WD Mud Thrashers I think they are, and you could stretch 1.55" ones over 1.9" rims, or they may do them in 1.9s, I haven't looked in to those sizes just yet. I have a video on my channel in the RC Collections playlist where I go through my Truck collection, it may give you an idea on sizes. Rothmans Niva is 86mm tyres, Maroon Niva on the CC02 is 95mm and the CC01 Subaru Brat is 100mm tyres. Hope this helps

I went with some BBX/Rough Rider tyres but now need negative offset wheels as they rub against the shocks.

@@rctamiyaaddict4687 for my cc01 landrover i used the tamiya rock blocks that came with my tamiya unimog 425. you have to trim the body a tad though. maybe element enduro 1/12 scale wheel and tires would fit?

Those are 2.2" or 1.9" ? maybe try 1.55" ? I would have put them on. It looks cool high raised 😊 Modelsport have lots of nice things. I used to order from them but after brexit they said no we can't ship outside UK. That reason is so BS!!

They’re 1.9” but the body shell is in the way. I’ll just have to buy a truck that they fit on!

For a scale truck you need a tire under 105mm I believe those are either the 118mm or even bigger , Look at Goodyear wrangler for a great tyre, or even the bf Goodrich all terrain which I think is 106mm outer diameter, Otherwise a 1.55 tyre will stretch over a 1.9 rim
