Tamiya MAN TGX - Project Ainscough - Ep5 - Rear Lights and MFC Control Box - 4k

This video will show how I wrap the wires and channel it through the chassis rails. it is quite simple and I use 19mm self amalgamating tape.
I make the graphics myself and they are not available commercially and I will not be making them for anyone other than my own personal use.

You always do a great job of hiding wiring! If I can ever afford it, I want to try at least one MFC-01 unit..

next time I wire one of these up I'm going to try using a USB-C braided cable because it has 4 cores and run one down each side, I know it's a lot of soldering but I like spending time at my work bench. I like the Tamiya MFC because it does what it does very well and I find them to be very reliable. I'm seriously tempted to buy the Servonaut and Beier system. well, just because... I've had the privilege of having a drive of my friends with these systems and I found them to be quite good. The Servonaut forward to reverse take a little getting used to though.

@@TeriWilde I've seen Servonaut systems... very impressive. VERY costly (and rare here in the Colonies!) I have not been able to even SEE my workbench, much less work... but I believe I've sorted all issues with Beier. I can't wait to share it with you! The capabilities and more modest cost, IMO makes it the best of the three.
