Tamiya Squash Van - First Run!

First run with the Tamiya Squash Van. Based on the American Panel Wagons the body sits atop the 4x4 GF02 Chassis. Fitted with a Tamiya Torque Tuned motor we go for some sandy off road fun!

thanks bud. i got it reduced and it’s a great simple build despite the many gears . just be aware it needs tons of bearings and cones with friction shocks which i upgraded . 😊👍

Hey very cool mate and I like the colour. I was sure you'd go for camel yellow 🤣 I do really like mine and I think it benefits from a brushless set as I'm guessing it only goes about 12mph on brushed? Does have a bit of a retro feel to the handling, probably due to the Blackfoot tyres. Great vid Dom 😁👍👍

nearly did. go camel mate but then it’s a lunchbox so … yeah it’s slow . i’ll probably h2h it at some point over winter as it seems pretty tough . Might well pep it up in the future . thanks mate😊👍

oh thats weird . this isn’t actually there though . this is another sandy area i’ve used . i dunno why there are so many sand areas around here . well obviously it’s all the sand stone 🤔👍😂😂

Went back the next day and it had disappeared??! I don't think I even put anything rude! 😂 I wasn't sure if that was sandy bot tom here mate.....I'd not seen all that nice purple foliage before. I love mine but it does rollover a bit. I never understand why they just did not fit Wild Dagger arms and drive shafts to it. Glad like me you did not go for that horrid Cobalt Green.
