Great intro and terrific looking car! I love the body shell, paint and graphics. Nicely done. Shame the magnets were not super good but for the most part seemed to do ok. I think there are some good set out there that work super well and the rest are ok-ish! It looked good running around out there and you guys need to get the hard drift tires on it, you will be sliding all around out there will them all Tokyo Drift like!

Thank you we are very happy the way the Gtr turned out it’s always been one of the shells I’ve wanted to do, the magnets are great until you hit a stone and the wind gets under it. We will have to find a smother surface to run the hard slicks 👍

I do think maybe a bit of electrical tap on the front lip will cure the body flying off, but might not be the most aesthetic approach 🤔👍

Good video! Can you tell me what parts you used for the body shell mounts, please?

We used magnetic shell mounts. They were from eBay and quite cheap in fairness, so all you need to do is cut the original posts down and fit these, and glue the other magnet in the shell. Including glue it was less than £10 👍

Couldn't agree more with your statement regarding the cars of the 70s /80s films fella. Also, the real stunts were soooo much better than all this modern C. G. I malarkey. Great job on the car Mr C Engineer.... With reference to that gorgeous vintage charger - Kyosho do a beautiful 69 charger body that would fit that chassis, I've got one on my fazer mk2.... its gorgeous! 👍 👍 👍

Practical special effects are by far the best, remember Hooper? I think I would have liked to have gone into that world of Imagineering as Disney called it, but now especially with AI that world has gone. I think Tamiya is missing a trick not having any classic muscle cars in the range 🤔👍
