They can still order in food, family members will bring things in. The facility is there to “aide” them and keep them in a more controlled environment versus at home where they can have enablers. But it’s not prison, they can’t say no you’re not allowed that. It could also be a scenario made up for tv you never know 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m glad Tammy didn’t eat the food Caleb brought. It only just encourages him to make more poor healthy choices and he already is. I’m saddened that Caleb is gone but I pray that Tammy will continue to get better and lose weight

This was when i truly saw Tammy start to care about herself. It is hard to watch another bury themselves from the same hole you are clawing your way out of. At the end of the day she knew she couldn't change him but she wasnt gonna enable him or stay quiet like people in her past knew.

With all due respect, the tone deafness of it all is mind boggling. It looks so bad on Americans to throw all of that food in the trash while millions of human beings and children starve all over the world like for example, Sudan, Gaza, Venezuela, Haiti.. etc. Besides being ridiculous to watch.

Yes and no...I completely understand that there are people who don't have enough to eat but there is such a thing as overindulging too. There has to be a balance. And I will be the first to say that yes, absolutely in the US we consume things in excess quantities for some reason. I'm not actually sure why that is though honestly. And Secondly, there are indeed people in the US who don't have enough to eat as well so it's tricky all around.
