Thanks Tammy for your recipe. New subscriber. I had to modify it a bit to use what I had in the house as we had a snow storm here. Substitutions included 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, canned diced tomatoes, dried parsley and rosemary. Following your directions made for succulent short ribs that my hubby loved.
