Miss Tammy; I am a single guy afraid to fix big meals. I was looking over the internet and ran across your chicken and gravy Recipe. Being a lover of chicken I decided to try it. However I used Combined leg and thigs. My God this is so great. I watched you video a couple of times, Printed out your recipe and did the deed. To my surprise this was the best chicken I ever had. I made it tonight for dinner just added a couple of other seasonings ( a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, some thyme and rosemary because I saw “Delicious Miss Brown” put those in her smother gravy) but other than that, I followed your recipe to a tee and I am so glad I did!! OMG, this was amazing. I've never had gravy that tastes so good. I didn't follow the recipe exactly, just used the steps and ingredients as inspiration and it was a huge hit!! I'm so happy I now know how to make delicious gravy. I can't wait to use these steps for the holidays.
