I know this video was awhile ago but I made the mac n cheese and I litely sautéed the lobster and put them in the mac and baked it only until the cheese melted. I didn't do a brown top mac because I was afraid of overcooking it. It tasted good the first day. The next day, I heated in the microwave only to warm and the lobster was chewy, overcooked. How can I prevent chewy lobster? What did I do wrong?
