As someone who moved to Tampa 3 years ago. Tampa is an amazing city. Great location, great weather, plus a ton of new things coming to the city. The only downside is the market is super expensive right now in south Tampa area. Overall I highly recommend this city and I love living here.

For anyone visiting here or thinking of moving here, here’s what you REALLY get with Tampa Bay: Tampa + St. Petersburg + Clearwater + Sarasota + Lakeland + Bradenton + several smaller surrounding cities and communities - and all are primarily waterfront cities/communities and/or have designated waterfront areas, and all are located anywhere from 25 to 60 minutes of each other. This means that there is always something to see and do - there is always something happening, somewhere, at all times, in many of these cities. And although far from perfect (we have growing pains just like any large metro area) - it’s easy to see why anyone can live the good life here in the metro Tampa Bay area; and why we think it’s really as close to paradise as you can get anywhere in the U.S. And, of course… Congrats to the Bucs!! Super Bowl champs! World champs! It doesn’t get any better than this, does it? What an absolutely magical, fairytale year for the Bucs! Now, let’s start a new football dynasty - starting with a repeat Super Bowl win next year! And as for Tom Brady - what can you say about him that’s not already been said? When his playing days are over - which isn’t probably for another four or so years, because he looks that good! - hope he’ll stay with the Bucs for a long time in some capacity - whether it’s in a front office/executive-type position or in some other coaching capacity. Love your new video of Tampa Bay! I agree that the Bay walk, riverwalk and beaches make Tampa an amazing city! We have especially enjoyed being in the pirate costume shops and walking around Ybor city during Gasparilla. The pirate invasion is serious fun for children of all ages! The tourism vids this company makes are the best I’ve ever seen. The cinematography is amazing, the videos are long enough to show a great swath of things to do in the city, the narration is calming and informative, and this company really shows the absolute best a city has to offer. Hard to cover every area and still keep the video to a watchable 20 minutes or so. Busch is nice, but not really in the heart of Tampa. Many of the beautiful beach areas - Sarasota, Clearwater, St Pete are covered in other videos, so a more in-depth approach can be done. Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key are other beautiful places in neighboring Manatee County, across the Sunshine Skyway.

I'm retired from the Navy and did both my shore tours in Tampa. Tough duty lol. Recruiter on Columbus Dr in the late 80's and SOCOM at MacDill in the 90's. Had a condo 4 blocks south of Gandy. Back then downtown area was nothing and shut down after 5pm. The river area was neglected and unaccessible. They really did a great job turning this around. I was a volunteer diver at the FL Aquarium when they first opened.

Wanted to share that my husband and I love your videos, and we’ve watched every Florida one (some multiple times!). I would love to see in the future more of what life looks like as a resident and the varying areas to live/best communities. I love how you included Lakewood Ranch in the Sarasota video, and we never would have known about that community otherwise. We are watching from a perspective of wanting to move to Florida, so education on the best residential areas (especially of Tampa and the nearby areas) would be so helpful! Keep doing what you’re doing - we love the videos!

Yea depending on the area, we sometimes do try to show new housing, things that people moving to an area would be interested in. We will have one like that coming in a couple of weeks of Lake County Florida, it will be more geared for people moving to FL than it will for tourists. Thankyou for the nice words

Wow! I live here and have seem Tampa Bay in many ways, but your presentation puts Tampa Bay in the spot light. Most definitely one of the most inclusive presentations that I have seen of the Tampa Bay area yet. Sure, there a few areas that you may have missed, such as Little Harbor, up and growing Riverview, Brandon and Ruskin but you punched almost all tickets. You should enjoy it. There will probably will be traffic, and May is one of the more uncomfortable months with weather, because it gets hot and the afternoon thunderstorms don't usually start til June, but will a great place.
