Tampa Embarks on a Massive Water Main replacement program using Trenchless

Tampa Mayor Jane Castor and Murphy Pipelines Andy Mayer at a press conference educating the public on a major water main replacement program that will replace over 100,000 feet of water main. The city selected the #trenchless process of pre-chlorinated pipe bursting to:

✅ expedite the project schedule
✅ maintain traffic flow
✅ reduce noise and dust
✅ reduce cost
✅ follow the existing utility path simplifying design
✅ maintain water service by using temporary services
