TOP TIP: u usually get your periods when u pass 7 1/2 lbs so if your quite skinny u will get your period late and if your... well... not so skinny then u get yours early although there can be exeptions, hope this helps ^_^

I'm sure you know which hole your poop comes out. It is not that one. The hole you pee out of is so tiny that you can barely see it. So just use a mirror with your first time, and check things out. It's a pretty big hole so I'm sure you won't miss it.

Girls ,before using a tampon, please do a google search. Would you expect the tampon manufacturers, in the box or on their web sites, to tell you the truth about what tampons do to your hymen? And have you noticed that the same people who "inform" you that your hymen is of no importance, or a nuisance to be gotten rid of, are the ones who claim that a tampon won't harm your hymen? Amazing!

The second one is not necessarily false for all girls. For most girls, tampons don't hurt. But, for some (like those who have vaginal or nerve problems), tampons can hurt. Everyone is different, and not all girls can use tampons comfortably, even if they're inserted correctly. This shouldn't scare girls from trying them, but if you cannot use them after trying multiple times, don't feel like you're doing it wrong or like you're the only one who can't use them.

If it hurts, relax and try again with a clean tampon. Try to insert it when you are bleeding enough so there is lubricant.

@cupcakes123456ful like 3 to 4 hours. you will find out when is right for you. It also depends on if you have a light flow or heavy flow. So you shouldn't use it at the beginning or the end of your period. Glad I could help!

well thats a hard question some girls do some dont but usually not but as soon as you get out it will start to flow so i recommend wearing a tampon in the pool or to the beach you dont have to wear one to the shower but very quickly insert one after the shower or bath

@loneliness12 If the string is in the way, you just have to hold it out of the way. If it gets wet, you should just change your tampon. Plus you need to change it every 4-8 hours anyway.
