NTUC Co-operative's monies come from the poor labours' union membership to help set up the NTUC Supermarkets, Insurance, etc. The union members also paid for their shares in NTUC Co-operative organisations and were given dividends every year. But it seems those holding the shares are not being paid dividends for several years now. And still holding the share certificate . Are they not entitle to dividends and also their share values should have now gone very high now. Today , NTUC supermarkets, Insurance , etc. were privatised and everything is so expensive at NTUC Supermarkets and unlike Giant who is giving the Seniors from Monday to Fri 3% purchase discount for our daily needs, but NTUC is not doing the same. Do they forget how they have come today and do not care for the members and the senior citizens. The Govt. should look into these.

It's true Policy holders were paid higher interest when Tan KL was in charge . Not long after he step down, the interest rate dive. My personal experience!

Jean I never thought much of TKL and I believe the majority of Singaporeans do too and that was why he fared so badly @ Presidential Elections...sad to say he did not have the charisma the evil Lees possessed ....and he should have spoken up earlier when told that he will be replaced rather than 4years later or was it the usual Fear Factor of the Evil man and his cronies knocking at his door @2am??? Now that theExtreme Evil is no longer around hopefully forever..a new dawn should begin before it becomes sunset too...My Favourite PAP MP is taking the G to court and let's see what happens
