Trisha, if you are 100% certain you don't want to have anymore kids, and your husband doesn't want to get a vasectomy, you can get tubal ligation surgery (a procedure for female sterilization which involves severing and tying the fallopian tubes). This would involve going to the hospital, being under general anesthesia, and recovering for a time that may be longer than a typical C-section (1-3 weeks). In contrast, a vasectomy simply involves going to a Dr.'s office for a 10-30 minute procedure under local anesthetic (numbing of the area only), where the patient goes home the same day, rests for 24 hours, and resumes LIGHT activity for the next 2-3 days. They should avoid sports, sex/masturbation, and lifting/heavy work for a week or so. However, the mistake that MANY couples make after full recovery of a vasectomy procedure is having unprotected sex right away. You MUST allow a TOTAL CLEARING of the sperm ducts, as there is still some residual left after the procedure. This will take AT LEAST 20 EJACULATIONS! I would go as far as saying, make it 30 so you're REALLY in the clear! So, USE A CONDOM FOR THE NEXT 1-2 MONTHS!!! I cannot stress this enough! I know so many couples that have had "surprise" children because they did not know this very crucial piece of information!

People don't understand how difficult it is live with trauma, being taken advantage of and mistreated by so many people throughout your life, etc and be totally serious about it all the time. I really appreciate you guys talking about that. I have diagnosed PTSD and I frequently smile or laugh when talking about my trauma because 1. that's how my brain separates my emotions from what I'm talking about so I don't have to break down or have a panic attack every time I discuss it and 2. I've spent so many years unpacking and discussing it that I'm able to talk about it in a disconnected way. For those of us who have experienced a lot of trauma, it would be almost impossible to function if we constantly thought about how bad it was and lived in those emotions. Finding humor and lightness where we can is a very normal, and even healthy, way of coping.

Tana, opening up about your sobriety is awesome, and reflects back onto your audience too. Those of us who struggle with substance use disorders and addictions often appreciate the candid, raw discussion about your struggles with alcohol and the like. You do whatever is best for your own journey and recovery, and if you feel like riding the wave of sobriety going forward, go for it! There is no one size fits all approach to recovery, and observing your ability vs inability to moderate is one of the best things to look at in yourself when you're figuring out which path might be right for you. Best of luck girlie, I hope you find a lifestyle that is the most beneficial and happy for you and your circumstances.

Real. You shouldn’t *have* to be fixed by anyone, but if someone does fix you, and it’s truly loving and supportive, that’s a beautiful thing!! People also shouldn’t actively try to “fix someone”, but if it comes naturally (like it seems to have been with Trish and Moses) that’s so amazing. Like, don’t try to fix every single flaw of a partner, that’s not possible. Just being there and supporting your partner can be enough to help with trauma and certain issues. Mania and having a nervous breakdown are 2 different things. Also, true manic behavior is never influenced by drugs or alcohol. If Trisha ever experienced at least one real manic episode in her life that lasted at least one week in duration without the influence of substances, she would have been diagnosed with Bipolar I Disorder, which is a mental illness with no known cure; however she identifies as, and has admitted to being diagnosed as, someone with Borderline Personality. If you're wondering why I didn't add the word "Disorder" at the end of that is because a person's personality, albeit formed by trauma and abuse, should never be called a disorder, as there isn't anything biologically "wrong with them" that would cause a physical health concern. Similar to someone with dyslexia; there's nothing fundamentally "wrong" about how their brain works - It's just wired in a different way that requires a different teaching approach to learn how to read and write. To illustrate: Any mental ILLNESS is like a backpack that a person carries with them forever and can never take off - It's not, and never is, part of the actual individual; it's something completely separate. However, the size, weight, design of the backpack is different for every illness and affects those sufferers and their behavior uniquely. Individuals with divergent PERSONALITIES, on the other hand, are like people who have tattoos. The mark is a part of the person, as it is embedded right INTO their skin. One can work on the negative aspects that define their personality type - It take years and an insane amount of commitment; just like the only thing that will remove a tattoo is not soap and water, or even steel wool, but a laser; and multiple sessions of laser pulses at that. Even after all that time, though, you may still see remnants of the tattoo, or traces of its location. It's important to understand that internal work is always valuable, but one has to be realistic that when it comes to trying to change one's personality FULLY, it's most likely impossible to do.

im so genuinely happy trisha has her family now and her children, people make pregnancy seem so daunting and she carried it with such grace it makes me feel better for my future with having kids, after all her health concerns it just feels so good to see her succeed in the one thing shes always wanted. all the best to you trish 💗

I can literally watch Trisha and Tana talk forever! Specially on how fast the talk! Gosh I wish I could talk as fast lol Also, I would pay to see Trisha and Tana on a vacation. But not on Tanas bday. Just Trish, Tana and her boyfriend, Brooke, Moses, Oscar, Trishas kids you know a family vacay. See Tana & Brooke actually sober and adulting and even babysitting for trish when Trish and Moses go on a little dinner date.

Would love to see Trisha and Moses do a “couples quiz” with Jeff and Tana.

Jeff isn't her bf so why would they do a couples quiz together?

OSCAR, make this happen!

@@mercedesmessner I questioned the same. I know it is a bit and for clout but I think it would be a bit disrespectful to Tana’s bf.

I think she's talking about getting cheated on in the past not the new boyfriend

Ok wait how is Trish so humble and not realize how iconic she is 😂😂 I would definitely be there!!!

i wish Tana would have mentioned her Trash Collab channel when she was talking about her podcast company. cause as an OG fan, with nothing but love, i wonder what she learned and how it’s going to be different ya know
