Trisha, if you are 100% certain you don't want to have anymore kids, and your husband doesn't want to get a vasectomy, you can get tubal ligation surgery (a procedure for female sterilization which involves severing and tying the fallopian tubes). This would involve going to the hospital, being under general anesthesia, and recovering for a time that may be longer than a typical C-section (1-3 weeks). In contrast, a vasectomy simply involves going to a Dr.'s office for a 10-30 minute procedure under local anesthetic (numbing of the area only), where the patient goes home the same day, rests for 24 hours, and resumes LIGHT activity for the next 2-3 days. They should avoid sports, sex/masturbation, and lifting/heavy work for a week or so. However, the mistake that MANY couples make after full recovery of a vasectomy procedure is having unprotected sex right away. You MUST allow a TOTAL CLEARING of the sperm ducts, as there is still some residual left after the procedure. This will take AT LEAST 20 EJACULATIONS! I would go as far as saying, make it 30 so you're REALLY in the clear! So, USE A CONDOM FOR THE NEXT 1-2 MONTHS!!! I cannot stress this enough! I know so many couples that have had "surprise" children because they did not know this very crucial piece of information!
@mistressGMurder4 күн бұрын
Let the man go do it. He can have it done ON HIS LUNCH BREAK. Meanwhile women carry the child, birth it, take hormones to prevent births, bleed every month, LIKE MEN… do SOMETHING!! Any man that wont do it- aint shit.

People don't understand how difficult it is live with trauma, being taken advantage of and mistreated by so many people throughout your life, etc and be totally serious about it all the time. I really appreciate you guys talking about that. I have diagnosed PTSD and I frequently smile or laugh when talking about my trauma because 1. that's how my brain separates my emotions from what I'm talking about so I don't have to break down or have a panic attack every time I discuss it and 2. I've spent so many years unpacking and discussing it that I'm able to talk about it in a disconnected way. For those of us who have experienced a lot of trauma, it would be almost impossible to function if we constantly thought about how bad it was and lived in those emotions. Finding humor and lightness where we can is a very normal, and even healthy, way of coping.

Tana, opening up about your sobriety is awesome, and reflects back onto your audience too. Those of us who struggle with substance use disorders and addictions often appreciate the candid, raw discussion about your struggles with alcohol and the like. You do whatever is best for your own journey and recovery, and if you feel like riding the wave of sobriety going forward, go for it! There is no one size fits all approach to recovery, and observing your ability vs inability to moderate is one of the best things to look at in yourself when you're figuring out which path might be right for you. Best of luck girlie, I hope you find a lifestyle that is the most beneficial and happy for you and your circumstances.

Trisha you’re absolutely right about taking control of your own trauma by being able to joke about it. It’s empowering to make a serious situation less serious. It never discounts your pain experienced I think people want to judge and not take people serious when they are that way because they themselves either haven’t had said experiences or they haven’t worked through it. The public needs to stop JUDGING others for how they deal with their own experiences. I do the same thing, I make light of very serious things that have happened to me over the years because otherwise I may not be here to laugh about it and or make light. I take the power back by not continuing to live in the pain that was brought upon me by others. Love you ladies and this is why I connect with you and keeps me watching ❤❤❤❤

People also shouldn’t actively try to “fix someone”, but if it comes naturally (like it seems to have been with Trish and Moses) that’s so amazing. Like, don’t try to fix every single flaw of a partner, that’s not possible. Just being there and supporting your partner can be enough to help with trauma and certain issues. I would love to see a Bridgerton Tana and Trish... with Makoa and Moses playing multiple gentlemen callers... change clothes, different accents, add mustache, remove mustache etc 😂😂😂😂😂

Moses doesn't think the Kardashians are copying Trisha, he knows they are..

Tana and Trish Time Travel should also be a mix of odd jobs, but from whatever era you are traveling to. You could be blacksmith, horse farriers, war nurses, silver smiths, knights 😂👍🏽

Tana has such natural looking makeup on and she’s so pretty. When she took off her sunglasses for a bit I was in awe of her face! So pretty. And Trisha of course looks good as always. I love the dark smoky eyes.
