I am the moon person in a new person I’m dating’s 12H. It is very draining, bc he is so mysterious to me. Communication is super difficult and every time I try to walk away he pulls me back in by becoming super vulnerable with me. It’s such an interesting dynamic. He has his moon in my 12th house and his level of obsession and adoration he has for me is worrisome especially considering i have moved on i still feel his energy and it’s mainly due to him holding on for his dear life and making sure we stay connected . I brought out extreme emotions and insecurities in him without trying and unintentionally doing it i felt very bad about myself because i kept repeatedly hurting him without intending to. He is jealous and possessive to an unhealthy degree and is psychic he knows if im hiding something and usually it’s very deep stuff that others would never know all of that without words !!! I forgot to say but his moon is conjunct my mars so it causes more friction. I could never trust him and the reasons were illogical for whatever reason it was just a feeling I couldn’t get rid of and he went to the end of the worlds to prove his loyalty but it didn’t matter i just couldn’t. I know it may sound bad but i wanted us to always be hidden like keep it from our friends and it be private while he wanted it to be out there, he started to think i was playing him because i wanted to keep it private from others but that’s not the case, he hated the fact that i wanted him to be private. Now that i know about this synastry it makes perfect sense. It’s deep and intense stuff on a very emotional way but the poor moon will definitely feel it a lot more intensely i feel they will idealize the house and have a very forgiving and endless love for them. And the house is there just feeling the lack of trust and wanting to get away because of moons psychic ability that it scares them.

I replied to your comment bec I wanted to keep our relationship hidden (I’m the House person) and he’s the moon person who wanted a public relationship. Watching this video and reading your comment it came to me that the fear within me that needs healing is attached to my past relationships. I deeply feel people enjoy ruining great things. Public relationships are always under the most scrutiny, which happens to be lessons I learned from my past. How I am a proud lover and want the world to know how much I love my person, the down side to this is there have been women who wanted to test his love for me. And in my past my past lovers weren’t as loyal to me as I was to them. I know today with the moon conjunct Jupiter my consciousness just expanded. More healing work to do but also more communicating. I had this EXACT scenario play out with someone I had in my life. I left because I was exhausted with trying to help “save” them. I’ve always known deep down that I saw deep inside of this person - and they used to tell me they loved me but I scared the crap out of them as well. I also knew that in the back of this persons mind they think that I will always be there when they’re ready to take this on again. I’m curious though - do they miss the influence you had on them once you’re gone? I wondered how potent this aspect is after you’ve parted. Thank you for explaining this aspect - I now know that maybe I don’t have a codependency issue so much as I thought - It was just this aspect.

I have this overlay with my recent love interest. Love interest's moon in my 12th house. There are other aspects too. Like mercury trines. Uranus conjunct.My ascendant Lord is in their first house. North node saturn conjuct. Venus saturn conjuct. Our venues falls into each other's 8th house. My venus conjuct their South node too. I have been trying to "push" him to express his emotions (not necessarily about me but in general) without knowing his moon placement 😂😭. And my moon squares his sun, Venus and Mercury. On the other side, his moon (and north node) is in my 7th house (squaring my sun), and definitely he taught me things about relationships. It's kind of thanks to him that I really started to learn more about myself using astrology and also that my spiritual awakening is happening. So, my partner and I have our suns in conjunction with our moons. My father also used to have Cancer sun in my 10th, Virgo moon in my 12th houses. And he passed away three months before I met my partner. I have been doing energy work specifically to manifest the healthy relationship I now have, I believe that my father sent my partner to me. There are times when I feel my father is with us and talking to me,he's happy that I found love in a decent, loving man as this is my first ever relationship. My partner is very gentle and understanding with me. We are both very emotionally expressive and sensitive. He accepts me as I am and challenges me to love myself more. I have this beautiful aspect with someone who I initially thought reflected me, with their style of dress! It went like this "Hey! , You look like me" chuckles. 😁Re: "You look familiar" 😁. After that it was smooth, then scary. The friend with HER Moon in my 12th House and Sun with MY moon in gemini (does nails) and I was amazed at first meeting. At first I could not look her in the eye, and to be honest it's intimidating.Theyre helping me heal my nerve/ nail problems which are personal, plus many more!. Funny, but as the 12th House person I can tell that it's the other way around with the Moon person... It's completely the other way around. I think the question here can also be tackled like this : Who can dump 'what' and 'how much' (unquantifiable) on who ? There's also a sense of "I am emotionally compelled (entitled ?) to dump all of this onto you because YOU understand me." But I wonder about the reciprocity in that sense. It feels like someone feels left out because they do not find the other person as keen to participate in the delving of knowing the other one as much. Hence comes the feeling of "mistrust". Also, same as with the Venus-Neptune overlays and interaspects, I find that the it's usually the other way around. It's not always the Neptune person who brings about the fog in the relationship, it's sometimes the Venus person. Just my 2cents.

Exactly . My person has his moon in my 12th house but I get all the dumping. I have a Virgo sun & Mars. I have a libra rising, so my 12h is ruled by Virgo. My persons moon is in Virgo, his moon sits in his 8th house but it’s intercepted. My sun and Mars also sits in his 8th house so it’s also intercepted. It’s all too much for me honestly . This overlay will work better if it's a water moon and the moon person has a well aspected moon. For me it is uncomfortable because i have moon in the 12th and Virgo and Leo. Leo is not selfless...Virgo is critical....so as the house person i feel uncomfortable and resentful...my 12 house is not a well developed house.

I've been waiting for this one since I've experienced this overlay a couple of times - always as the house person 🙃 I'm wondering, what would happen if the moon persons moon is in aspect to their own jupiter in their natal chart, but also conjunct their Saturn? Wouldn't that block the energy? (Even if there are some really good communication aspects in the synastry) Also wondering, what if their moon is badly aspected by my planets in the synastry e.g. square my Pluto 😕

Ok the conjunction with Saturn can bring some practicality to the moon's 'saviour' tendencies. What's that aspect to Jupiter? Moon square Pluto is not great...the Pluto person has to be really careful how they use their power.....especially when the Moon-Saturn person seemingly resists showing compassion, the Pluto can subtly manipulate. Resentments can built up.

my sun is in her 8th and her moon is in my 12th, it’s definitely been an intense yet emotionally draining relationship. i feel as if we’re projecting our fears onto each other and subconsciously draining each other’s emotional energy while just trying to do what we can to be there for the other person while not losing ourselves. i really like this person and feel a deep, soulful connection but there’s no way the relationship will survive unless we learn to expect less of the other than we have been and stay grounded in our own self-love. it’s also weird because i have a great relationship with myself and a lot of self-love and contentment but in relationships i see i still have major insecurities and trust issues to work thru. any advice or feedback would be much appreciated.

I am seeing someone who has his moon in my 12th house. But I actually have a 12th house (Scorpio) stellium and have done a lot of spiritual work especially the last 6.5 years so I don’t feel uncomfortable (yet?) by him. I like the deepness. I did notice I have had some crazy dreams where fears deep came up ( about trust and jealousy for example). For example that he was dating my mom..
