We’ve worked harder than most students. In college placements, luck often plays a significant role in securing a good offer. Some manage to cheat during online tests or get a lenient interviewer during offline interviews and get selected, while smarter candidates face tougher interviews and get rejected. It feels unfair for the more talented ones to settle for a lower package. It becomes even hard when your very close friend get good package even though they are nothing in front of you. Now one option is to get settled for less, it hurts when all those hard work but still you don't get chance to prove yourself.

Hi Tanay. I am a 12 + year experienced Software engineer. Working in a well known Product based organization. From last 6 year I have taken a lot of interview. Now a days there is a lot of trend of AI/ML. Fresher nowadays show AI /ML projects but don't know basics of OOPS concept or Javascript concept. My organization give good high package (25lpa) for fresher but None of the fresher are able to crack the interview. The reason is basics. I really liked the way you explained about the word privilege.I am from Bihar and started my career from 10k. But now i have decent package. Only thing freshers need to understand that of you have good knowledge you will able to crack interviews. And in IT is not for privilege freshers. I am a B.C.A graduate 2018 passout. From Assam, currently @ Dibrugarh Gave three attempts in NIMCET due to the hype of HIGH PACKAGES and Institute reputation, in order to get hired in Product based companies but failed to secure a seat. Then I started preparing for government exams and haven't yet succeeded. Recently I worked as a faculty in a Computer Institute but due to very low scope for growth I resigned.
