Bhatura Recipe was a tremendous success!!!! I doubled the bhatura recipe and got around 25 bhaturas with 5 cups of Maida. Couldn't find baking soda so I used extra baking powder. The whole family enjoyed. No bhatura's left!! I always used to miss the Chhole Bhature of Gopal Sweets from my hometown Patiala. Thanks to you, I got the same taste. If you ever have an event in Mumbai, please let me know. I will be there.

I have never tasted an Armenian lavash,but when i visited Georgia Caucasian country, i did see that they made similar Naan breads and I was told that even in Armenia they do similar breads, wish to visit Armenia sometime...

This is the best recipe for Tandoori Naan on the net, simple yet perfect. I followed exactly every step and got a perfect looking naan just like the one served in professional restaurants. I have a small gas Tandoor and it cooked in less than 40 sec. Thank You Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi for a wonderful recipe.

Yes it would, pre heat at 180 deg C for about 5-6 mins and then cook the Naan for about 8 mins...

Love your authentic cooking. These naans without yeast are the best. They don't make you bloated. I have tried the TANDOORI CHICKEN.

@BeeRich33 : For a tandoor it is high beyond 380 deg C, however the one which we use reaches close to 280 deg C and cools down immediately too, as you open the lid, works very well for breads.

Love your bubbly nature! What do you recommend with or without the egg? Does it make a different in taste and texture? I saw other videos where they use yeast and some do not, some also use self raising flour. Does that also make much difference in taste and texture? I love the ones they serve at restaurants but not sure which recipe they follow.Which is the most authentic one? Would much appreciate your help. Thank you

If at all you wanted to add eggs which would enrich the Naan then to one kg of refined flour you should add two eggs...

Preheat a microwave oven on convection mode and then bake for 6-8 mins at 180 deg C...

Preheat the oven and the cook for max 4 mins you need to flip them once so that they colour evenly..

@OldaurGold :- Well like most of my viewers who always thought that they cannot make Butter Chicken at home restaurant style, now they can make it even better than restaurants, the same way a Naan can also be tried at home...of course you cannot have a great tandoor at home however trying it will make you perfect someday....Cheers!..

I wad searching Malai Tikka on your channel but couldn't find.Last year it was there.I once prepared that ,but could not note down.Now can't able to recall the procedure.Pls upload that video again.In that video perhaps you were using Processed cheese,fresh cream,butter,cornflour,black pepper and slight ginger-garlic paste.I have forgotten the procedure too.You made a dough from grated processed cheese.Pls upload the particular video Sir.
