Tandoori Octopus - Ludo a la Maison Season 8 Episode 6

🤔 Seem to me Chef Ludo is very busy putting out regular videos this season to me. I say cheers to that! I would have though before if you cook Octopus that long it would be really chewy. I learned something new there as well the Tandoori sauce.

Is it best to remove the beak when raw or cooked? Or do u just core it like and apple
