Ingredients:
1 whole chicken cut into 4 peices + 2 extra peices breast or tight (on the bone, skin off)
1.5kg potatoes peeled and cut into discs
4 tablespoon oil
juice of 2 limes
1 cup (250g) of greek or natural yoghurt
1 teaspoon of:
salt
chilli powder
coriander powder
garam masala
deghi mirch (kashmeri chilli powder)
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder & chilli flakes
1/4 teaspoon of red & orange food colouring (optional)
1 heaped tablespoon of:
blitzed green chillies
garlic & ginger paste
