I was about to die from an overdose in my apartment in Miami all alone after so many different drugs…I went to grab my phone and I couldn’t even see what I pressed and out of no where KZbin started and this song played. My heart was beating out of my chest and then the room turned white and I felt at peace. My heart slowed down and I survived. Jesus Christ is real people. He saved my life.

My mama died last April 29, we used to always attend at Victory Bacoor together. Then last Sunday lang, kinanta ito ng mga worship leaders namin, first time kinanta sa branch namin. Para akong kinausap ni Lord at ni mama through this song kaya hindi ko naiwasang humagulgol during praise and worship. Lalo sa lyrics "Ramdam ka sa ihip ng hangin, tanaw ka sa bilyong mga tala". My mama may not be with me physically, but I know she's never away. I miss you everyday, Mama. Sobra.

I discovered the song last night and I played it several times because this is what I needed to hear. 😭 I'm going to take my board exam in 40 days, and all I feel is pressure and anxiety because I haven't mastered all the topics covered in my exam. I was just like, "oh, this song definitely hits me". That line "Gaya ng ibon sa kalangitan, bawat kailangan tutugunan" just recently made me think that the quality of my faith to God is not like "God will provide" but I've been worrying about my future, my needs my emotions and all aspect of my life, but the Lord tells me to have faith with Him like "Son, I will provide your needs and I will supply it😭 not in financial but in any aspects. Nahihirapan akong bumalik kasi feel ko hindi na ako yung dating ako. Ako na yung sobrang grabe yung kasalanan. Pero lagi kong tinatanong paano saan ako ulit magsisimula. Ang galing lagi nang lord mangusap. Dahan dahan pero papunta na ko. Dahan dahan konti konti pero ramdam kong umuusad ako ksama sya

When mama is in her last breath, i played this song repeatedly while i cry my heart out holding my mama's hands. Hinding-hindi ko makakalimutan yung pakiramdam na anytime pwede niya na kaming iwan. Na segundo na lang tuluyan niya nang lilisanin lahat kasama ng hirap at sakit na naranasan niya for almost 9 months. Kaya ibang klaseng sakit yung hatid ng kantang to sakin. Masakit na masakit.

Napakatotoo at punong puno ng puso ang pag compose. “Ngayon pa ba magdududa?” A question in a song. Napaka timely sa mga pinagdaanan ko last year after I got retrenched for a purpose. May iba palang ipapagawa si Lord. From someone who works for years in Accounting field, aalisin ka ni Lord to pursue and win youth in different campuses. Grabe lang!
