I really enjoy yr information. So just got the Tanggula 5pro. Yes remote is a pain. Has to be line of sight and it is wacky also air mouse is a pain as well. As for the content , one of the shows I enjoy watching is the new Hawaii five 0 so I got it to test where I left off season 5 started it up a it's the 1970s version although season 1 is the new version. I reached out to tech and they said they will check it. So far I'm not a fan of it

Hello I have a constant red and blue light. Will no even turn on the box. I have a black screen. Help please….how do I “clear” both lights and can just use the remote by itself? I have tried every button…but it will reset or clear. Suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Plugging an eternity won't solve buffering issues. It helps. Have you tried to test your speeds?
