@@debdanton2295 Drunk driving is already illegal, and that already doesn't deter anyone from doing it. Upgrading it to a felony makes no difference in deterrent (pointless). All it does is cost the courts more, which will cost tax payers more (wasteful). On top of all that, there's just no good reason to make DUI with no injury a felony when it's already a misdemeanor and DUI with injury is already a felony (overreach).

Horrible liar. Doesn't take a trained CID detective to see all the indicators that he drove the vehicle straight into the tank. He doesn't tell good lies and keeps forgetting the truths he did tell and then forgetting the previous lies he told. Wisconsin has special laws they have to read a drunk for ATVs? I've never heard of this. Interesting. Wonder what other states have. The officers reads him the ATV driving intoxicated consent law and then states "this is different than driving a car intoxicated. It doesn't affect your drivers license." Then the officer makes a TELLING statement to Christopher.....I know you've been through this before". I'm guessing Christopher has previous DUI'S in a car which is why he's driving an ATV. I love interaction between tow truck driver and officer. Hilarious!
