Brenten is voiced by Sean Barret (now age 72!), who is indeed English and was in many Manga UK dubs, as well as the movies Return to Oz and The Dark Crystal. Leona's voice actor is Toni Barry, also British, who was in a load of Manga dubs as well as Press Gang (UK), The Moomins and all kinds of other stuff. There is woefully little information about her on the internet, especially considering how good her voice is here. Peter Marinker of Event Horizon, X-Bomber and numerous stage plays, too

I would do anything to hear Toni Barry talk about her experiences with regards to working on dominion tank police. She is such a wonderful voice actress and I really wish she knew how much we appreciate her hard work.

I am very familiar with Sean Barret and Peter Marinker. Both are amazing. Toni Barry I don't know much about either. shame really. she's quite good. Hell everyone in this dub was good. Michael Bakewell knew what he was doing when he directed these dubs.

@cooliogoodMuzic2 This is the only English dub for the original Dominion OVA, and it was produced by Manga UK using local talent. Most of them are, of course, trying to disguise their accents, but they're all indeed Brits!
