This movie was okay, but it failed to acknowledge the MANY flaws of the T-34 (No tank in WW2 was perfect,but this is no exception). Mainly the fact that the head designer, Mikhail Ilyich Koshkin died due to the T-34 not having a proper heating system that wasn't the engine. You can imagine his shock when the engine blew itself out and he caught pneumonia and died right after.

it was cheap to make, not much maintenance was required and repair wasn't so complex. Of course in comparison to German tanks. That is all idea behind t-34. Kind of Elon Musk's vibe.

I’d like a series or a series of movies that focuses on tanks/ tank battles in each area of the war like tank battles of North Africa with panzers, M13/40’s, Matilda’s, and the M4. Then move the next episode to the pacific have have type 89’s vs ShermanM4, then go back to Europe focus on the battle of Kursk with t34’s and tigers, then to Italy with Hellcats vs panzers , then to pacific type 97’ and m3 lees, then focus on all the other tanks the Churchill. AT’s and skoda 45, IS tanks the KS-1 and 2, covenanter, the M6, the Jackson, then have epsidoes with panthers vs Pershing’s and then a King Tiger vs IS-2

The t34 was in 1940 actually quite bad.

Bruh what? The Germans 37mm and 50mm anti tank rounds couldn't penetrate the T34 armor in the first few months of the war. One T34 got hit over 30 times with 37mm rounds and walked away like it was nothing. Germans had to deploy 105mm field guns and 88mm AA guns to stop them. German general von Kleist called it "the finest tank in the world" and Heinz Guderian said it was "vast superiority" over German tanks at that time. It wasn't until the Germans brought out the Tiger that the T34 was done for.

I guess thats probably why psychopathy hasn't been weeded out of the gene pool - sometimes you need people who can still function under severe empathic stress.
