The enemy boss is not the top priority. Rather, you are just trying to destroy the opposing gunship. So you shouldn't really be focusing on the opposing ship captain, and instead be shooting the ship.

I'm gonna have to agree with Cogspinner. It's kind of disheartening to try and make heads or tails of visuals when the narrative doesn't match what is going on. The reason tanks go to tankspot is so they can get an idea of what is in store for them. The fight was explained and most of us get the gist of it, but usually they have better videos. Heck Ciderhelm used to put on screen notations back in the day. Does he do these anymore? Hope he does again, his were much better.

@Cogspinner this is not project marmot. That is Lore and alieana. This is a strategy guide. And the way he described this encounter enabled us (as alliance) to down this in a one shot. So i am sorry he didnt give u pop up pictures and color in with crayons but some people are smart enough to apply spoken language to be good enough.

@Jibeker lol they are a bunch of whiners they are on my server US-Garrosh they were always 2nd guild on the server underneath Contempt (both alliance) so eventide (tankSpot) decided to all go horde so they could say they are best horde guild on the server but still 2nd on the server overall

@xxAnatomiKxx what about the lich king?he sucks you into frostmourne and desrots the edge of the platform?this is just too airships gunning each other and boarding eachothers ships.this is a very fun fight but nothing compared to the lich king.

Range dps without strong aoe should be standing on the side of their ship, shooting down the enemy rangers. If the tank that isn't part of the jump team starts having trouble with his adds, you can turn around and pick off some of them as well.

i wouldn't say its completely useless dude. he explains adds and shit so you know wat it looks like. but i do agree that they shoulda done the vid in the other tanks point of view or ranged dps or melee

this fight was stupidly easy, much too easy, kill the adds that spawn on your ship, jump over and kill the sorcerer, jump back and kill your adds, rinse and repeat.

@redheada12345 yes, the tank jumps back over to your own ship after the mage is down dps or the boss doesnt disengage and the buffs keep stacking.

The fact that you know the term vanilla shows that you still either play or keep in touch. That's a term that came along with the Lich King expansion.

those black spots are probably from an addon called skinner where you customize your viewport so you can place addons in there and not lose any visual.

they have to leave something for you to figure out yourself. One druid cannot heal what another could so its kind of up to you.

2 on the guns, one tank for rocketing over, the other for handling adds on your ship.

I planned on recoding the 10 man POV but forgot to turn fraps on. Soon though. Was able to get a fraps of me not only going across in 25 man but also as an alliance character.

This is a good video, and informative just as we've come to expect from Tankspot- my suggestion is on your delivery- work on your inflection- the way you end words on a high note is probably a sign of nervousness and will likely subside, but it's better that someone mention it earlier than later. Thank you for your hard work.

Good to see a "Blast from Tankspot's past" you could say, back with a guide fresh into 3.3. I remember the podcast with Darksend and it was so cool. I feel like Cider should be making guides though. He does so much work on the site that he doesn't have time to make movies. 4/5 though. Work on presentation a bit but it was great otherwise.
