Funny how all these bands have realized that "reactors" have gotten huge on youtube and started giving them interviews :P Also cool that random youtubers are getting better interviews with our favorite bands than TV people have done in 20 years.

To be fair, Jinjer owes them a lot of global exposure, and they know that. I only heard of them because Pisces went viral, even though I didn't even watched reactionaries at all, but they just came up in a discussion and just because the word about them spread through KZbin.

This is how you do an interview! So many people when they get an interview they just read their generic questions from a page, the band answers but then they don't give them any feedback, they just say "ok next question" like it's a quiz or something, so impersonal. The way you handled it here was so natural, it was an actual conversation, not just a sterile question/answer. Other interviewers need to take notes. Also I love Chase's videos, you should see if you can hook him up with an interview

@esaedvik4 жыл бұрын
@@damnhatesyou It's just an endless swamp of people calling each other snowflakes. Just try to not offend people? Be kind and people will return the favor. It's really not that hard. There is a valid reason why gendering everything around men is annoying (and destructive) and there's no reason to "call anyone out" for that. Personally, I'm 43 and I've reflected upon past infractions for years since I have a lot of younger friends (especially female acquaintances who get shit on for no reason other than gender) and I've witnessed how much better things could be if people were treated equally. I live in one of the most advanced countries in the world equality wise, I can't even imagine what some other places are like. I mean, even our language is gender neutral... Hate is such fucking waste of energy. I still catch myself being negative for no reason all the time, but I'm actively trying to improve and not drag people down with negativity.

Great interview, Tank! Congrats on your child, good to hear of your fortune. I will have a cigar for you once we all get back to work and you come through one of the venues we often share work in. #42 #151, #220 Jinjer is amazing, & as you said, if not for the down time, I would not likely get to be exposed knowingly to them(automation playing them out of a work case notwithstanding), but also if not for review/reaction channels like yours. For me at least, it wasn't just the increased time to be exposed and check new stuff out, but the vast amount of new methods for which to be exposed & discover the 'new to me' music out there. So, for that, thanks. This band is truly amazing all the way around, once I got past the insta crush/fascination, the music really stood out and mad respect developed for what they were doing. Their energy is awesome, can't wait to see this band in person, worthy of turning the work down for a true night at the show.

It's just how the algorithms work online and how human psychology works. You tend to stick to your own bubble because you're more comfortable. It's easier. It was awesome hearing about taking up different hobbies and interests and seeing the good things in this year. I was very interested in what Eugene had to say on the guitars and smaller companies - having that personal touch makes a world of difference. Sweet interview, and sending my best wishes to both you and everyone in Jinjer. Greetings from Sweden! As a sidenote, would you please consider reacting to some Carach Angren in an upcoming video? One of my main suggestions would be Carach Angren - Charles Francis Coghlan (official video). Either way, thanks for all the awesome content, your content really does manage to very nicely balance insightful gear talk mixed with raw reactions/emotions to whatever band you're reacting to, as well as a very wholesome outlook on life and music. Music is pretty much a majority of my life, so i really appreciate it.
