If you’re getting addicted to something like mushrooms that typically have a very low addiction rate than definitely don’t try cocaine or opiates. I did shrooms every weekend with my friend for like 4 weeks straight. I did LSD before a few times and heard shrooms are less intense so it seemed perfect. After the fourth week I told myself “no more psychedelics”. If you constantly do any psychedelic you will come to realize the things you don’t like about it. No sleeping, no eating, and the come downs can be so exhausting and disconnected. I never had a bad trip thankfully (I had a friend that had horrible ego death before) but I prefer to be in my right mind most of the time with a little bit of weed at night to take any edge off. All that being said, I don’t think shrooms are bad. I know they do help loads of people and are nice to micro dose on. But it’s not be used excessively.

They dont help with your depression or whatever you may be going threw with mental health, but what they do to you, is they take your mind off the negativity in life or the depression your going threw. The rewarding part of your brain uses the mushrooms as a crutch to get past the negatives in your life and your mental health/depression. Even though it can be just as addictive as other hardcore drugs. It sucks really in the end, cause you get nothing more then a bad habit and you think your minds good, but then, All of sudden nothing changes and your still in the same place, except you have a harcore addiction and your still depressed and your mind is going crazier then ever. When you experience a mystical experience on psychedelics, sometimes it sends people down a rabbit hole of trying to relive that same experience. It’s not addictive, and it’s not addiction, it’s just wanting something again

definitely Messes with your thoughts i have never been suicidal or violent towards animals but all of a sudden when i was tripping shrooms i was having thoughts of harming my baby kittens and thoughts of ending it all to escape the bad trip i was having

I did the same thing. They can definitely help with mental health problems, but tripping 5 times a week isn’t gonna end well. I ended up in the hospital multiple times from abusing psychedelics. And it definitely can become something like a regular drug addiction, the psychedelic magic goes away pretty fast when you over-use them.

overdoing them is a no no, doing them every once in awhile for clarify or micro-dosing for an overall happier/clear day is completely fine

I guess we all don’t share the same experiences I could never get addicted to shrooms just because of how intense they are. “Respect the shrooms don’t abuse them” - a close friend of mine named willyboi

I feel this guy. I was similar with acid, but for about 3 months. It does help but you need to find ways outside of it to help. I realized I was relying too much on it to help

It really depends on who you are. I did shrooms every once and a while and it truly cured my extreme depression. One day after a big dose, something just clicked and I was no longer depressed every again. I have zero want to do shrooms again, and I had like 3 grams left before I gave it to a friend.

I never understood how people could abuse shrooms. The feeling it gives you is one that fulfills you. Like food that makes you never go hungry again.

Some people are looking for an answer and you can only find one from within yourself not from a substance
@ExpertAssass1n8 ай бұрын
Soo this is a huge cap (pun intended), and the reason is the tolerance of psychedelics is instant, meaning if you took 3.5grams the first day, the next day it would double to 7grams and so on. So you would have to take 56grams on Day 5 to get the same trip you had on the first day.

From someone who’s been munching shrooms for the past decade with little to no breaks, they aren’t addictive whatsoever tanner is just milking sympathy from his fans having self control is pretty simple
@KingMeek988 ай бұрын
Sounds like someone who hasn’t taken shrooms

it’s not really the substance that’s addicting in this circumstance it’s the feeling of wanting to be in an alternate reality and feel different consistently

I think this is a good point I know a lot of people who want to “microdose” everyday. Which essentially to me is just being high asf everyday. You shouldn’t have to rely on a mind altering substance of any kind. Anything can be addictive.

If he was addicted then it would have been difficult for him to stop. He was probably just obsessed with putting the puzzle pieces together. He just kept looking to solve the puzzle and didn’t notice how obsessed he had gotten. When he started being able to see the full scale and sheer terror of what the puzzle actually revealed, he then decided to put the puzzle back in the box and find peace in what is right in front of him.
