Resep Mie Goreng Oat (untuk 3-4 porsi)
Bahan adonan mie:
150 gr Quaker Rolled Oats
100 gr tepung beras
100 gr tepung tapioka
¼ sdt garam
250 ml air mendidih
Bahan mie goreng:
3 siung bawang putih
5 siung bawang merah
3 sdm minyak
2 butir telur
50 gr tauge
1 batang daun bawang
1 sdm kecap ikan / kecap asin
1 sdm kecap manis
½ sdt kaldu bubuk / penyedap
¼ sdt merica
Pelengkap:
Ayam kecap, opsional ( • Gurih Wangi! Resep MIS... )
Langkah:
1. Haluskan Quaker Rolled Oats dengan blender lalu masukkan ke dalam mangkuk
2. Masukkan tepung beras, tepung tapioka, dan garam, aduk rata lalu didihkan air masukkan ke dalam adonan, aduk dengan sumpit
3. Setelah adonan hangat, uleni dengan tangan hingga menyatu kemudian pipihkan dengan ketebalan 2-3 mm. Taburkan tepung bila perlu
4. Lipat dua adonan lalu potong-potong
5. Didihkan air, rebus mie selama 2-3 menit atau hingga matang, bilas dengan air, tiriskan
6. Cincang bawang putih dan iris bawang merah lalu tumis hingga wangi
7. Masukkan telur, aduk rata kemudian masukkan daun bawang, mie, kecap ikan, kecap manis, kaldu bubuk, dan merica, masak sesaat
8. Masukkan tauge, aduk rata
9. Mie goreng oat siap disajikan

Fried Oat Noodles (yield 3-4 servings)
Noodle Dough ingredients:
150 g Quaker Rolled Oat
100 g rice flour
100 g tapioca flour
¼ tsp salt
250 ml boiling water
Fried Noodles ingredients:
3 clove garlic
5 pc shallot
3 tbsp oil
2 pc egg
50 g beansprout
1 pc green onion
1 tbsp fish sauce / soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
½ tsp stock powder / MSG
¼ tsp pepper
Add-ons:
Sweet soy chicken, optional ( • Gurih Wangi! Resep MIS... )
Steps:
1. Grind Quaker Rolled Oats with a blender. Transfer to a bowl.
2. Add rice flour, tapioca flour, and salt. Mix well, then boil some water. Pour it into the dough and stir with chopsticks.
3. After the dough can be handled safely, knead it by hand until it comes together, then flatten it to 2-3 mm thick. Dust with flour, if needed.
4. Fold the dough once, then slice it.
5. Boil some water. Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes or until cooked. Rinse with water and set aside.
6. Chop the garlic and slice the shallots. Sauté until fragrant.
7. Add the eggs in. Stir, then add green onions, noodles, fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, stock powder, and pepper. Cook for a moment.
8. Add the beansprouts. Stir.
9. Fried Oat Noodles are ready to serve.
