149cc = 9.3 HP. not 3.5 16cc = 1 HP. 149 cc divided by 16 = 9.3 HP. Do the math.. they show 3.5 on the video

Cool moped but bad quality and bad working it's not very good and its very very very cheap😝 I preferred the Yamaha bws 125cc

Powermax is faster than the Quantum Tour too but the Quantum looks better and is a bit better quality

Probably because its a shorter wheel base and its a bit lighter.
