Tapping for a Sense of Worthiness - Nothing wonderful can come into our lives unless we feel worthy of it. Conversely, nothing painful can leave our lives while we feel unworthy. Yet it is such a common self-image. We believe worthiness is something you attain through good behavior, or attending the right school or having a certain kind of job or level of income. Yet none of that is actually the case. You alone can determine that you are worthy. But to do that, we have to clear away all the places where we have deferred our worthiness to external circumstances and authorities. This requires deep inner transformation and that is what the practice of EFT Meridian Tapping provided.

While GP is confident that the information presented here can bring about dramatic progress and transformation, in many areas for your life, it needs to be stated that you must take responsibility for your own well-being. Inner Reconciliation, EFT and even meditation are still regarded as experimental and, while a growing number of PhD's and MD's are adopting these and things like it, we cannot claim that it is risk free.
Different people require different care, and depending on a number of variables, it is possible you could uncover deeper issues within the process that cannot be addressed in these video.

I'm doing this for the second time and I'm only done with the first tapping. I feel a sense of joy and laughter inside of me and I almost feel high. I definitely have been able to come into greater acceptance of my unworthiness getting to the baseline. You are such a blessing GP, thank you again 🙏🤍☀️

Yes it can be kind of a feeling of being high. You will naturally come into acceptance as the nervous system detects that it is safe to do so.

One of the best tappings, love it. Very powerful to allow this to have voice. I discovered this part of me concluded I am even worse than unworthy, I am a burden! And I shouldn`t try to show myself, I should not show affection or my needs. I am a burden. And I choose to deeply love and accept myself. Thank you GP.

Yes, it is all a process of opening up an inner space of safety and to do that, don't argue with the the feelings. Accept them and allow them to feel your love.

When I finished doing this tap .I tuned into my body . to see what came up.as I'm intuitive. I get my queues in songs as to how the day is going. it never fails , as I finished i lay down and it was songs all about love. Everytime I felt worthless or people put me down, and i felt low . I would always belt out " the greatest love of all by Whitney Houston. And i realise thats me .,learning to love myself . But the best, thing I love on this earth are kids . It's my mission to help them. I have helped a lot of them in the workplace .one of them grew into a man.,he came back to college a year later . Shook my had and apologised.,he said i wasn't very nice to you . And I'm, sorry . Another, will come and say I, don't forget you shirley. I will always come back to, see you so gp your right even though sometimes I don't feel, worthy . People know my worth.

Thanks so much. Not to get lost in semantics, but in your perspective, what's the difference between the energy/nervous system and the inner child? Is the energy system the same as the subconscious?
@GPWalsh
@GPWalsh 2 жыл бұрын
They are all words really. Just concepts. We assign words to describe activity. Truth is we have no idea what IT actually is. Or rather, concepts can only limit it. What we always experience is the activity of consciousness. That said the words can be useful therapeutically. The inner child is simply an energetic pattern that got stuck in early childhood (which most did). The subconscious is a word we use when the underlying energy produces thoughts, feelings or behaviors that reflect the stuck energy. What we we experience at the level of thought, emotion and sensation are all being generated real time. Hence, using different words to point at their invisible source is useful. But don't get lost in the words.

Finally..i must ask.Can I do this just listening to you while we tap or should I TRY to follow along and voice it outloud myself.At times it seems too difficult or distracting to try and catch up to even copy something similar in wording.AHHch! Thank-You so much.

I think I may go a bit fast when i am doing the video. Very different when I do it live. But the point is that the spirit get through. And that the body gets the message that it is safe. With focused attention and body interaction you can be sure you are getting what you need. Don't let the mind turn it into a process that must be followed precisely. It isn't. It is very forgiving.

after the second round I feel good....what is a difference between master eft and inner reconcilation
@GPWalsh
@GPWalsh 5 жыл бұрын
EFT is one of the techniques I use in Inner Reconciliation. THe MasterHeart EFT is simply the way I do it which embodies the principles of Inner Reconciliation and is an aid to the system in discovering its own safety, rather than any attempt to impose anything on it.

thanks for your reply. I am in Pakistan and I enjoyed your approach to the law of attraction and eft. I want to learn more about your techniques. How do I get training in your method here in Lahore, Pakistan? I am an Academic and doing Ph.D., how can i manifest true purpose of my self and raised my vibrations at that level.

Are we supposed to repeat every word? It’s too fast!
@GPWalsh
@GPWalsh 7 ай бұрын
Actually it isn't necessary. I did go too fast in these early ones. In the later ones I do slow down and in the recent ones I don't even require that you repeat at all. I have found that the repeating is only necessary sometimes. So don't worry about it. The energy knows what to do.

Felt resistance to say it and didn't feel true
@GPWalsh
@GPWalsh Жыл бұрын
Good, so stay with the feeling that it isn't true. Even state it as if it were. Something within your nervous system really believes you aren't worthy. You can't fight that. You can only become so safe for yourself that it will see for itself that it isn't completely true.
