So precious. The sentence "Maybe I've been enought all along but it simply hasn't been safe enought to experience it" is my key 💖
@GPWalsh8 ай бұрын
Yes it is key. It is an invitation to an entirely new perspective

The first karate-chop-point statements made me cry. And that whole "What if I, by myself, was just fine but I just wasn't acceptable to my tribe?" statement hit hard. Wow. I really *am* enough and has always been enough. It's just that my brain thought I wasn't because it didn't get any positive response from my tribe. Wow, getting approval from the tribe is really crucial for a child.
@GPWalsh3 жыл бұрын
Yes it is but, fortunately the lack of it can be transcended through understanding, wisdom and compassion. Welcome home friend.

This is a big one. When tapping to other issues there's a pull to come back here, and lots of junk of not enough came up.. not savvy enough, likable enough, spiritual, present enough, focused enough to achieve what I want, not wealthy enough, intelligent enough, mannered or cultured, charming, social, not enough drive, not enough stamina, minority skin color and sexuality, not hung enough, not disciplined enough, not good looking enough, can't talk well or eloquent, have a good vision, strong, not exposed, not civilized or socially conscious, not enough depth, not good enough a planner or executor, not enough powerful friends, background not enough, not savvy or shrewd enough, not mentally strong enough not driven enough, not good enough background, not romantic enough.. a lifetime of conclusions! No wonder I am so tired, all the time contracting and compensating for all this stuff - and such accumulated arrogance and self-hate. Thank you for this, rounds helping me to come to a place of surrender.. and with it a place from which to choose a new state of being through intelligent affirmation, arising from the energy system itself, to a consciousness of self-love for all that I have denied as not good enough, and that which I now embrace.
@GPWalsh2 жыл бұрын
I often do this tapping because it is so very fundamental. All of our energetic assumptions come from this one essential belief.

Thank you so much for this. I have gone down various self help routes to deal with trauma and esteem issues and not had much success. This form of EFT is the first process that has really struck a chord and provided a sense of relief and peace.

I am so glad. It is not the technique but the energy behind it that is the real healer.

What a GIFT.. I probably haven't come across a more valuable video. Things are shifting in my body as we speak. Thank you so MUCH!

Ah beautiful. Just let them shift but don't try to control them. The energy knows how to correct itself. You just continue to create a safe inner space!

thank you beloved GP for all you sharing and your Love, your generosity. grazie ❤❤❤ I want to share that I workshop before with Eft and it really works. i am actually trying to heal past wounds with IFS which is an interesting metod and I had an intuition: why not using EFT with the different parts, once clearly detected? thank you GP again because by watching your video I got this inspiration, and I will do it in the loving way you show us. I am so grateful to you. grazie grazie 🙏❤🙏❤🌷❤🙏

This is very timely GP. Just yesterday I was talking with someone and their base fear was they weren't worthy. That's a tough mental state to be in, but thankfully we have techniques like Inner Reconciliation and EFT to help us change our state.

I appreciate this video and find it interesting that I went from feeling not enough in one aspect of my life to feeling I am too much.
@GPWalsh3 жыл бұрын
Everything is a polarity. We tend to focus on one side or the other but both sides are always present. So you will discover both "I'm not enough" and "I'm too much." We are transforming that into the Goldilocks Zone. I am perfectly enough.

Thank you so much for this GP. I have a request for a tapping video. Could you please make one for comparison. There is a voice in my head that keeps comparing myself to others and triggers this inadequacy and not-enoughness even more. Sometimes I catch it and try to quieten it but mostly it ends up ruling my thoughts and strongly affects the way I feel about myself. Thanks in advance for doing so. :)

I will do my best to accommodate these requests.

GP this made me break out in a smile. I was so sick of hiding. Admitting that I wasn't enough felt like it would be a victory for those who said I wasn't enough but stopping the fighting was liberating. My problem was that I believed them like you said. What video of yours do you recommend for the concepts you talked about in this video - the way the nervous system functions, the computer that keeps deleting files? Thank you so much.
@GPWalsh2 жыл бұрын
Hi David - All the videos I do touch on this theme of how the nervous system works. Once we understand that we are dealing with a very complex organic functioning we become dis-identified with it. That is the liberation. I have many many courses on the different aspects of this. The flagship course series is Inner Reconciliation. All of them are available on my teaching platform gpwalsh.thinkific.com
