After seing another of yours videos on taping, I started doing it everymorning, in July 2023. Since I do it every morning. From NEVER having done exercises, I started ( don't know why or how!!!) doing one squat, and one more everyday. Having several chroniques diseases and being 57 yrs old, I then increase one more each 1-2 week. I now do 45 squats without stopi g every morning g!!!😃 I'm so proud of myself. I feel Stronger. I started doing also à routine of Qi jong , and "wall or table push up" and several others exercises, and walking outside everyday . Now, most of the time I can sleep 4-5 hours in a row, but before that it was 1-2 hours of sleep in a row each night. I will continue Thank you Dr Mandell for yours fantastic video. It changed my life.

Thank you!! You are the best. I have been tapping first thing in morning while sipping my coffee almost daily, and there is a definite difference between the days I do and the days I don't. More sustained energy, calmness, feeling of well being when I do. I even tap/pat my arms, legs, trunk staring furthest from the heart, to stimulate lymphatics. Really, really helps for those of us who are not morning people. 😅

It's 6am and I've just gotten out of bed and tapping along with this video for the first time - amazing instant result! I'm hoping to reduce my stress levels which have for many years lead to anger and addictive behaviours. I think this method of reducing cortisol along with some dietary changes is very promising. Good vid Doc! This tapping therapy is only now being recommended by modern medicine practitioners. The rudimentary approach, but it works. I also employ another tried and true technique, I listening to drum solos, at a low level, to emulate the tapping and that too has proven successful for me. Might I suggest Neil Peart drum solos, enjoyable and therapeutic.

I learned EFT in the late 1990's due to neck tension and chronic sinus issues. It has served me well over the years. No matter how many of your technics ive tried where you mention tinnitus, i cannot shake it. I believe i may have something going on in my brain due to past physical traumas and hashimotos but MRI's have not turned up anything. Any input from you on where i should be looking for help would be greatly appreciated. At 68 my quality of life life has gone downhill significantly. Consulting with my physician has proved useless. I enjoy your videos regardless

I take many supplements. I did get hefrom a brain balance. Chiropractor. My eyes and neck were involved. I did get some relief while before I really feel cured and that was just a couple of months ago. I had en eye exercise that helped and also massaging the head was helpful. My body was under so much stress and grief for several years. The stress has subsided and recently the vertigo has also stopped. Stress can bring on numerous diseases, even cancer. Yes, that too. Massaging and tapping pressure points in head will help.
