Very stupidly didn't discover using proper ear protection until very late in my career. So far, my hearing in my right ear (which is not 100%) has been hanging on. The left ear is gone. I've been fighting the (geriatric move), but I had to break down and be fitted with hearing aids very recently. And, the cherry on top is 24/7 tinnitus that the only time it doesn't come for me with a vengeance is when I'm sleeping. My granny smoked cigs over 60 plus yrs and tried everything to stop but nothing seemed to work for her untill she had acupuncture done on her ears. She quit the cigs and still had to work to keepsmoke free but she said it helped her like nothing had before. She passed at 83 yrs old from asbestos grandpa had worked in for years. It got her from doing his laundry. GPA died from it at only 63. Never informed folks about the dangers until it got to many. Anywho ear acupuncture helped granny is my point. Lol OK thx for this video. It's true from knowing it worked on granny.

I've been suffering from vertigo with inner ear problems with my ears also feeling uncomfortable pressure. (A Vestibular disorder) So I decided to try these exercises and the first night it literally worked instantly, it released lymphatic drainage. I am so thankful I came across this just in time. Can't wait to keep doing these.

I used to play around with my ears and do some of these things, without realizing this could have an impact on the nervous system. Tried all the things shown in the video while listening to the video and feeling instant relaxation. My neck was stiff and the pain is suddenly relieved. Thank You Doctor for sharing this with others and making lives better.
