Ive been doing this for a week now when i feel like I can't open my eyes anymore or when i feel like they're burning, especially that I'm studying so much since over a month now and i used my eyes on the screen way too much, this helps me immediately and it feels amazing, i guess I'm gonna keep doing this exercise for the rest of my life Thanks a lot!

I have been wanting to research these kind of exercises, that don't take a really long time, that I can do while on the computer. I used to do extensive exercises but they each took 20 to 30 minutes. Smaller exercise sessions I can fit into my day easier. I want to get back into lymphatic drainage, especially since my allergies are really bad and I want to get into more body exercises and techniques for neural brain stimulation and vagus nerve release exercises.

My eyes do feel clearer and nicely stimulated after I did the exercises... However, the weather is cold here, and with cold weather, my hands are perpetually cold; no amount of rubbing them together, warmed them enough to give my eyes the desirable warmth 😏

This video was actually God sent. I have been studying for the past 5 hours, only taking breaks to pee lollll I saw my eyes in the mirror and they were red. I felt them dry like if I had sand in it and the muscles between my brows were so tired from squinting. I did this exercise and I immediately felt SOOOOOO much better!!! Thank you Dr. Mandell. You are a life saver.

Same here! I had such a tight feeling in my eyes I was even starting to worry like what if I no longer have eyesight but THANK GOODNESS I found this life saver and now I'm feeling so much better! The feelings still there but much much less you can hardly notice. I'm so greatful doc God bless you

My notes, eye exercise. Have lot of benefit... 1) hydrate 2) don't rub eyes directly 3) rub circular motion 4) top eye like massage 5( 6) 20sec by thumbs 7) stimulating duct side top of the nose 8) boundary of the nose 9) tap by dot trajectory around the eyes 10) rub and warm the eye 11) 20 20 20 rule... And I know something interestingly about our eyes 1) our eyes are the 2 brains outside of the skull - so u can manage it for deep focus by dilating the eyes 2) panoramic vision : always try to look at longer distance in a regular interval. 3) move your 👀 in horizontal motion .!

I'm so glad you do natural healing. You might want to add some of Donna Eden's techniques of drawing a finger around the eye bones making a figure 8 and having the eyes follow that movement, strengthening the muscles themselves, and also crossing over energy from one side of the body to the other. I learned that from watching her videos a few months ago. I really enjoy your content. Thank you!

THE BEST EYE EXCERCIE EVER!!! my eyes been SOOO tired lately simce i work on my laptop flr so many hrs. i went to the doctor and he gave me an eyedrop but it really didn't help much. yesterday i discovered ur videos and i literally felt instant relief, i did it b4 sleep too and i woke up with happy eyes i use to wake up with dry eyes. today i did the exercises for 3 times and always works like a charm! thank u so much u really helped ❤❤❤

Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said to use the palm of the hands over eyes & start a clockwise motion/anti- ⏰️ everytime you wake up from sleep . Now just by seeing this Dr. performing the similar circular motions at various different points with different parts of hand confirms it that the best & all in one technique comprising of every other technique the Dr. mentioned is that of Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) 👍🏻.

You are brilliant! My eyes already feel better! They feel refreshed. I have been dealing with muscle spasms. My left eye lid wants to close. It will go half way down, and I will not be able to open it until I have rested it for a while. My other eye wants to have double vision. I am going to include what you've taught here in my days. WoW!! Thank you Doc. I tried this exercise due to blurry vision and tired eyes and I can say immediately after doing them i could actually feel my eyes improving! It was like a bright light had come on. I first thought it was just my imagination but I did not have to use my reading glasses for a while. Wow! I am a witness. This works. I have been doing these exercises for a few months. My eyesight is improving. I still have my old glasses for some reason. I was able (needed to) go back and wear them. The current prescription is now too strong for me. I'm so glad I didn't throw my old glasses away. This has happened twice. I just started wearing my second old pair. Thank you Dr. Mandell! I can't wait to go to my eye doctor and get his reaction. God bless you.

I share them with my friends and the videos have been very helpful. Going to our primary Doctors is no help now a days. They just prescribe pain pills. Which I refuse . They are not happy with me. Thank you for these exercises!!!! I have fallen into some eye problems due to blepharitis and demodex leading to some dry eye. My eyes feel a lot better though after seeing an eye doctor who recommended fish oil and changing my diet to include more omega 3’s / less omega 6’s and cutting out excessive sugar / yeast / alcohol / caffeine. I also got IPL laser from my eye doctor, which helped tremendously, but my eyes were still feeling a little dry after that, but doing these exercises each night and using the 20 20 20 rule helped get my eyes to feel really comfortable again. They almost feel like they did before I started having trouble. I think as I continue with the treatment plan my eyes will heal fully and be back to new again :) And continuing to pray for healing from God as well :)

My eyes were so tired after working on computer for 8 hours and now my eyes feel so much better after doing these exercises. From now I'm going to do these every day. Thank you so much Dr Mandell!
