Supreme Court gave guidelines regarding F.I.R in Achin Gupta/ State of Haryana case
F.I.R can be quashed
when delay in filing F.I.R
no specific allegations mentioned in F.I.R
when general allegations made in F.I.R not mentioning proper parties involved in the crime
these will be best grounds for quashing the F.I.R
so hope these latest Judgments will definitely bring big chance in society
B.N.S sections 85 & 86 are replica of 498A of I.P.C there is no much changes in new laws .
