When I use Tapu Fini, I have: -Aqua Ring -Whirpool -Toxic -Whatever you really want And the item is either usually a Life Orb or Leftovers. Needless to say, this Pokèmon is incredibly stally and makes me laugh hystarically when the other person rages. This is why Tapu Fini is, in my opinion, the best Tapu.

Aw yeah, I've been waiting for this one! I love all of the Tapu, their designs and lore, and while I like them pretty equally, Tapu Lele might just be my favorite because I got a good one in Sun. I use Koko to represent Roadrunner on my Looney Tunes team, Fini to represent Shyren on one of my Undertale teams, and Lele and Bulu to represent Tenshi and Minoriko on my Touhou Project teams.

In doubles i would keep a bulu with a low speed stat to counter any tapu lele's psychic terrain when id bring my whimsicott (prankster) out. That would give me priority terrain and no stopping me from setting up at least the first turn which is crucial.

Tapu KoKo is the best one of these in competitive because of its versatility and only 2 weaknesses. Tapu LeLe a close second as it can render priority moves useless, which is key in high tier PvP. Bulu and Fini are niche picks but Bulu's 4x weakness to Poison is VERY nasty. Ultimately, given the prevalence of Mega Gengar in high end PvP, all 4 of these are risky picks as it can trap and OHKO all of them. Which is a shame as one would expect the guardians of the islands to be ultra OP.
