Well, I started feeling afraid of driving in highways here in Brazil and I was very used to do it, alone, in the night, in raining days. I'm a very good driver. So I started travelling during the day, with other people etc. I started being so afraid of driving in roads, passing in tunnels and viaducts and I pushed myself to overcome that. I used to think all day about it. I used to drive 700 km directly. . Now I'm having difficult to drive 2 km. I'm really afraid of fainting. I have catastrophic thoughts. I'm suffering a lot. I'm limiting my life. It is disturbing my sleep. I used to sleep very well. I'm trying to connect with God inside me and doing a lot of tapping with Brad. Brad, I wish I could meet you someday. You help me a lot. Thank you. 🙏

Hi Brad, I woke up feeling so much fear & couldn’t seem to shake it. I have felt it physically all day too. I did a few rounds of tapping (without any video) on my own in the bath to try and calm down and found myself describing the feeling, amongst other descriptions as “dread”! It was unexpected & notable at the time. I prayed to God & the Angels to help me and thought that I must look you up on KZbin and tap with you. Hours later here you are! Magnificent.....just magnificently right on time with tapping around dread! When I a Saw it I feel I was guided to stumble over it as I was looking at other things some hours later. So thank you so incredibly much for doing what you are called to do in this world.... Brad, whilst I agree it is not useful to rehearse dread and fear out of a habit, I think it helps to point to those unhealed events in the past which are being triggered by a forthcoming event. So for me working on healing fear and trauma does this healing work, and fluffing up my energy! It's great to do whatever works before an event. How many times do we find the event itself isn't half as bad as we feared? The fear is a call for healing which, thanks to you, we can come at from so many angles. Thank you again. Kx

i feel dread for 3 reasons : - im giving a past person a "second chance" & i feel dread because i expect disappointment ~ do eft to release negative emotions about this ~ leave him if i feel unsatisfied - i dread life because im yet to learn how to love myself and fulfill my needs so i feel content ~ do eft to have patience with myself ~ learn better ways to nurture myself ~ commit to fulfilling my needs - school & extra educational activities ( -_- ) ~ manifesting a more fun n leisurely life ~ doing eft to clear negative emotions around these so i dont need to fear these things since ive worked them out already ..
