For those wondering, the whole thing with the rooftops STILL WORKS as of now, just takes some maneuvering, heck don't even really have to Ballista boost, I finished a couple runs on Nightmare on Xbox thanks to it

you can find something similar in UAC atlantica, before the room with the marauder when your getting to seraphim's key. You jump on the metal bars on the stairs at a certain angle and you get It.

For people saying that it's not working, this was done on the current patch of the game on PC with a high FPS. I don't know if FPS matters for this, I'm currently working on trying to figure out the best route for everyone that hopefully isn't as reliant on FPS.

If you are wondering if the boosts 5:25 work: They still work. You can skip the whole map on classic mode as well - you have to be creative with slope boosts xD You can either get a good slope boost on the stairs or arch, where the Cyber Mancubus spawns. If you reached the platform, where BloodShot9001 performs his second boost at: 5:29 , you can get a slope boost by the tiny platform itself. It is a bit tough and precise, but you can slope boost by the edges of the platform, or if you look towards the left edge of the dome next to the platform. As soon as you get the slope boost, you have to turn around and get onto the slope at 5:33. Note: You won't have a lot of firepower if you do this on classic mode, but if you play on "Hurt me plenty", the enemies are not that difficult to kill. You know you can clip into the geometry in the area with the toxic water, you can clip into it fall down and walk to the final area grabbing the last piece to make the sword. It saves you the trouble of doing the glitch you did and 5 minutes

You can't get to the sword area with slope Boosts like you can on older patches. Yes, I did know about the zip, but at the time we weren't sure if there was a decent way of getting to the crucible room. I had made a theory about pause boosts that Bowsr has put into practice in his run, if you want to see someone performing that version.

when i did this "skip", as soon as i got teleported to the triple tyrant part where u have to crucible them, the pain elemental and cyber manc along with shield soldiers spawned too and completely obliterated me lol. Why didnt they spawn in this video?

The trigger for them is behind where you spawn in, it's entirely possible you moved backwards first.

Quite a nice run! Like a few of the others in the comments said, if you started with three chainsaw fuel, then you could have chainsawed one of the heavies in the first fight to save a little more time. That or use a BFG shot to kill the pinkies + pain elementals part of the fight could also speed it up more, unless the BFG shot makes one of the later fights go faster. BTW, does this still work after the latest patch of the game (patch 6.4)? On the Xbox version as of 09/21/21 I can get up to the roof still, but when I get to the part at 5:33 I can go no further, as there is an invisible wall preventing me from climbing up to the other roof.

So it should still work, but apparently pushing through the invisible wall seems FPS dependent. I've heard of console players getting it, but I don't know if it's a series X thing or just a very lucky occurrence thing.

I believe it's part of the Doomicorn skin pack, I had gotten it from twitch prime forever ago, and I've had it equipped using a glitch from an old version of Doom "incorrectly". I think there are mods that let you equip any stance as well, but not sure.

You have to hold into the corner for awhile before the game "squeezes you out of bounds". Once you do you have to jump to mantle on some invisible geometry.. From there it's just some weird out of bounds traversal.

This master level is glitched for me unfortunately. Enemies hit way harder than usual. I get stuck on most surfaces. My ballista and pb shots don't register correctly. For some reason i always start the level with only half my health???? Why? .... It's infuriating. I just passed super gore nest on nightmare no sweat. Didn't even die once. I don't know how to fix this issue.

You only get the weapon points for arenas you complete. This can include despawning enemies sometimes. So short answer, no you won't get weapon points from arenas you skip.

Master Levels use your last checkpoint's resources. So go into a level, get up to full armor/health/ammo, get a checkpoint, then exit to main menu. Next time you do a Master Level you'll start at full stack.
