His low notes are kind of washed away because of the high notes which is what usually happens regardless of the instrument. Avi's low notes are there throughout the sing if you listen closely.

I always have to take a moment and appreciate how utterly relaxed he looks while singing. He has such casual body language all the time, like he's using absolutely no effort.

Saw them in Memphis a few months before Avi left the group. Avi’s low note there is so powerful that it actually makes the floor vibrate under your feet and you can practically feel it going through you. It was an amazing thing to experience. The entire concert was spectacular but that moment and this song was by far my favorite.

I saw them at the Iowa State Fair on Avi's final tour and as soon as he hit that low note, I felt it clear in the upper part where I was sitting. I have it recorded so I can hear how intense it was.

It is not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but it is different.

I have listened to this particular Aha, PTX version a million times now (like the rest of us), and about midway through my repetitive streak, I noticed that there were 3 other members there! We tend to overlook Scott, Kirstie and Kevin in this song, but they are working amazingly hard to make this song seem all about Avi and Mitch! Kirstie has Always been key with backing vocals, but in this, she, Kevin and Scott are justsheer I instrumental perfection! 🥰 They NEVER get ANY kudos for what they do! Not even the Reactors mention them! But because they make it seem sooo easy, you forget that it’s Not!! 🤗

Never is such a BIG word. Tara mentioned in this video how "all" of them are singing perfectly in their own lane. And that they all are always tight and crisp in their presentation. Some of their songs, like this one, features a strong lead vocal by just one of them. That is true. But most people realize that it is all 5 of them that make the "magic".

This was filmed off of cell phone. The choral piece at the beginning was written by Avi. He is classically trained and his mom was an opera singer. They added it because Kevin had to put his cello away and then he came back on stage though the camera never catches him. The Distortion you here right before Mitch goes Onto all fours is Avi blowing out the speakers. There is one other video and I don't know what it is that all these blows out the speakers

So glad you reacted to this. It is amazing, from the choral part at the beginning (thanks to Avi suggesting it) to Scott & Kirstie and Kevin in the background, and of course Mitch! By the way, Kevin was sitting in the middle of the stage for the prior song, playing cello, and was off stage putting it away while they did the choral part. Mitch & Scott moved toward the middle of the stage, and Kevin came on at the right, but the video never shows the whole stage during Aha. You don't see him, but you can surely hear him.

I am a male tenor with a very high falsetto to the point where I can reach most of Mitch's notes (at least most of the ones we have seen). I am glad that she claims that Mitch is a great example for us because I knew as soon as I heard him foe the first time that he would be my goal, example, and inspiration. By hearing him, he has helped me to learn my limits as a singer and use different techniques with my voice. I am glad that I have him to look up to and strive for constantly, even though it is very difficult trying to keep up with a male alto. Mitch truly is life.
