Same. So many people who flip houses try to take the easy way out, and they end up doing a crappy job themselves, instead of hiring someone who can do it right.

How Do You Flip The "Worst House In The Neighborhood"? Many real estate experts will tell you to never buy the best house in the neighborhood but always buy the worst house in the neighborhood. Why? The value of the other houses will drag down the property value of the best house but the property values of the other houses will bring up the value of the worst house. I would think that after fixing this place up that it would be an easy sell. The only question is whether you overpaid or can fix it within a budget that nets you a profit based on the value of the neighborhood.

Hello Amy yes Christina has a very modern taste it appeals to an older generation or a very young generation but she doesn't always get the mid century I mean some of those brick fireplaces need to be left alone and the staircases with the wrought iron could stay I think sometimes if you're true to that you want to be treated the style of mid century modern but overall I mean that guy that just the pools he is amazing I think his name is Jesse with the dinosaur in the pool he does amazing pools but you know you need $120,000 to make a backyard like that

It's hard to believe how expensive housing is there. I thought it was terrible in Kansas. For the price of the house in this video you'd get a new mini-mansion here. But, what's amazing is how you salvaged that house. I'd have torn it down and hung my head in shame for buying it. Well done you two. Miss seeing you as a team.

In the real world and not a reality show makeover, I would NEVER buy a home unseen, whether I was going to flip it or not. Just far too much stress and money. These reality shows make everything look so easy and organized - and this is just not the way it works in "real" life. People are going to be misguided by watching these type of shows. Yes, these shows are interesting to watch and see the transformations but is certainly not the factual truth.
