I initially thought I got a defective gift card but I wonder if I got a scammed. I had immense difficulty scratching off my “Let’s Eat” gift card only to end up scratching the bar code and all the numbers off. I have another card just like it and I’m afraid of scratching that one off now.

It could be, hopefully the business will be able to offer you a solution. As I was researching for this video I saw many others discussing the various scales associated with gift cards!
