If you dont want it to whiten your skin just put it on those areas but if you do want whiter skin put it all over. You should just use 3 drops on your hands and apply it on the neck and face. A few years ago, I also got a black shade under my mouth that wouldn’t go away and it really bothered me. I highly suggest that you use Kojic acid soap (they sell it everywhere) it cleared that dark shade spot right away!
