Still, I like what you have created (thanks for doing that work) and just hope I can customize the fields to better represent my own spending habits.... ***Okay, it's not sending me the email. After I input my email, it says, "This field is mandatory." Then it closes and says to confirm on the email, but I never get the email. Pity. *** I found a work-around. However, FYI I had to expand "Investment" on both tabs to do the find/replace. Looks like fun! Thx again.

1. Every year, I send out a tutorial and updated sheet to everything downloaded the sheet via Email. 2. Try using the link again and download the most up to date sheet, I keep it updated all the time.

Will adding and removing categories from the income and expense sheet mess up the formatting? I was able to set up the Finance Tracking system fairly easily without too many hiccups. However, I have a couple of questions. First, the transactions I entered on the form I put on my phone transfers over to the expense sheet, but not to the individual personal or business sheet. I haven't tried using the form on the computer yet. Also, I don't see a way to enter a date on the form, if I'm going back and entering past transactions. The time stamp is always current. Do I just manually need to go into the expense sheet and enter the correct date? Thank you for your prompt response.

I don’t store any of your data except your email for the tracker template link delivery. The entire system is built on google sheet and google forms. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the expedient reply! Two additional questions, in the free video you did not demonstrate the file attachment feature. 1. Can PDF’s be attached also. 2. Do the file attachments end up in the spreadsheet in the same row as the transactions, if not where do they get filed and how can they be referenced back to the original transactions.

1. You can create a google form and allow a question to upload files and try it out. It will be the same effect. (Short answer: yes PDF upload is included) 2. Yes it will appear on the same row AS LONG AS you include invoice at capture. You can also do this manually later by uploading the invoice to google drive and refer the file link on the sheet. Hope this helps.

How do you track bills that are already on autopay? Like reccurong expenses that vary with sales taxes etc. ? Like would I have to manually log into each bank account everyday so see wgat was auto debited?

I had this issue too. Make sure when you tap the link that you tap on your default browser, whether it be safari or chrome. It has to be the default one or for some reason the add to Home Screen button wont appear.

Duplicate the entire sheet at the end of the year and use FIND AND REPLACE feature by google sheet and search 2022 within the formula and swap to 2023. Done.

At the end of each year, I just duplicate the template and use it for the new year. (each year has it's own sheet). This way, it's super easy to organize + you can have a master sheet to display each year's financial data.

Hello, income and expenses tabs are in year 2022, but personal, business and balance in 2021 - if i don't change the transactions date manually to 2021 there is no records in tracking expenses and balance tabs. How to fix it?

Great question! Each year, at the end of Dec, I'd duplicate the sheet and create another version (+ improve it) then use it for the following year. This way, I have 1 sheet per year. You can go to the template link sent via email, that template has been updated to 2022, feel free to make a copy and use it for 2022. In the mini-course, I mentioned how to use "find and replace" feature with google sheet to replace the year number from "2021" to "2022" with a just few clicks. (So you duplicate, then replace the year, then save, done)

If banks allow API, it could be done. Since there’s security concerns, so it’s hard to do that unless they allow you to download CSV every month that you can import into google sheet.
