When I had really bad anxiety I would be so tense and stressed, then when my brain was calm for a bit my body was EXHAUSTED 😭 had to sleep immediately. I think the brain uses up all your energy being stressed but the adrenaline hides it and when things calm down the exhaustion hits so just take it easy 🫶🏾
