it can be replicated, it's the exact tangent line of an attack's hitbox and a receiver's hurtbox, where the game register's the attack's damage but none of the knockback, hitstun, or other effects. If you see the ganondorf wizard punch at the end; it's the very tip of the punch that connects with marth's character model, thus incurring the damage, but no actual knockback.

Nah. WhiteHawke does better CDI Ganon than MagicScrumpy does. "YOOM" isn't actually funny anymore after a remarkably short time. IMO Up Special should be "BUUUURN!" (from "IT BUUUURNS!"), Warlock Punch should be "YOU MUST DIE!", taunt should be "Your face," (from "I will make your face the greatest in Koridai"), Up Tilt should be "You will die," one of his hurt quotes should be "NoOo!", another hurt quote should be "You dare?!" (from "You dare let light into my lair?!"), and two of his KO quotes should be "Not into the pit!" and "IT BUUUURNS!"

Marth's Counter in Melee always does 7% with a default, base knockback that doesn't change based on the attack Marth counters. I tried using his counter, only for the static knockback to be nullified by the handicap settings and proceeded to take a hit from Ganondorf.

Nah. Counter didn't knock them back or stun them long at all. I think he used it at one point (early in the video) and they retaliated while marth was still recovering from counter HITTING with a jab.
