Personally dance experience has never bothered me, a non dancer will never get to the standard of Ashley, Layton, Danny Mac etc. It all makes for a good show, I'm routing for these 2, the only ones keeping me interested so far

Bore off! Sarah started dancing when she was 3 and went to a dance school. JB and Jamie both won Christmas versions of SCD. Shayne is a performer by trade so would have had dance experience in some form. Just because Tasha was so obviously the best tonight doesn't mean it was due to past training experience. She has never danced ballroom/latin before, nor have Shayne and Sarah. JB topped the leaderboard with past experience in ballroom/latin, and Jamie has too, but you want to target Tasha just because she was the best tonight...

Welcome Back Aljaz and what a Welcome Back he got, The dance was a little too inconsistent too meany quicks and slows deliberately placed for the sake of the of the celeb to show off there best dance moves, this dance should be consistent in the flow of one level, too meany spins and too meany bends of the knees when the Cha Cha Cha is known for having straight legs for the female dances when strutting the dance floor, however Tasha has untapped potential, amazing lovely personalty and with Aljaz I am sure she will go far in this show.

Oh, this is quite good! Comparisons to Rose are inevitable, but Rose was no where near this good in the beginning. Cha Cha is a much better beginning dance for deaf people because the legs are on the ground so they can better feel the beat and vibrations. Jive has too much legs off the ground and that's why Rose's beginning Jive wasn't great. But away from Rose, Tasha did so well! Moved with such assurance and confidence! Executed the choreography almost so well. I say almost as it's rather clear she forgot some of it. But start as she means to go on, she could surpass Rose. Who knows?

Actors get away with dance experience every year why is Tasha the only one getting crap, Sarah was in Cats , Jamie is a Sylvia young graduate were he would’ve took dance exams and if you watched the Christmas special and think he’s not trained in certain styles you are deluded. Kelvin,Jill Harfpenny, Tom chambers and Kara Tointon all actors all dance trained all won. Matt Diangelo, Molly Rainford both Sylvia young graduates like Jamie both were runner ups. Do people become stevie wonder when they dance you can’t pick and choose when dance experience matters

Unfortunately I think Layton’s abuse had nothing to do with experience he’s gay and black was in a sane sex pairing but experience was used as cover by homophobic racists

Tasha’s facing the brunt of those claims because I think majority of the demographic of viewers won’t warm to her and her claim to fame (being a former Love Islander) which is pathetic as she has done more than just being a TV personality, as she’s a model, podcaster and author too! Layton sadly faced a LOT, probably the most I’ve ever seen from a contestant 😮! I think Tasha won’t get too much backlash though, especially with Jamie who won the Christmas version quite recently. Hopefully this ‘trained dancer’ backlash saga that happens every year stops soon because whether or not they had past training, contestants like Tasha and Layton are fantastic and it’s definitely enjoyable seeing them comfortable on the dance floor!
