When someone else comes to know about it, he/she will try to capture it and the cycle is endless. Who even knows if it gets auctioned. Maybe after some time it will be given to the rich peeps ? One more example, Cain, 073. If we let it out, due to its anomalous effects, all plant life around him would be destroyed. Yet, he is safe. SAFE class means easy to contain. No that it will not harm its surrounding in any way.
