I agree the shoulder spikes are excessive, but that is a two handed sword, and the person in the picture probably knows how to use it. I believe that anyone using a weapon should chose one that fits their fighting style. For example, my brother, Grey, often plays heavy hitters that do a lot of damage all at once. I personally take speed and dodge over flat out damage. The sword is something my brother’s characters would use, while mine would use a knife, or spear.

Just a thought: You read a story where the hero is telling their tale. They have some sort of motivation to gain their goal. The audience grows to love them, cheers for them, feels sympathy for their backstory, etc. In the end, they reach their goal, even if it was a long journey to get there. In the final scene, it pans over to a character who was greatly hurt by the MC reaching their goal (could be death, destruction, saving someone, etc.). Now, as this character is looking at the MC, we realize that the person we have been cheering for was the "villain" in the story the whole time. (If you know a story like this can you pls recommend it lol?)

She was once a hero with her lover, but some bad stuff happened where they manage to save their world at the cost of the lover's life. Sadly, no one seems to bat an eye to most losses since people were trying to reorganize their lives back again, but this had driven her mad, it felt like her lover's sacrifice was for nothing. She spread destruction and chaos not once, but twice, where she ended up killed on the second time, to simply avenge something known by no one anymore. She simply looked a derranged and crazy woman, followed by her 7 generals.

One thing I truly love seeing, is possibly a hero turning into a villain due to either being hurt so badly by those they used to fight nearly to death for, or from losing all hope they once held close after facing the darkness deep within themselves. But then after being a villain, they in the end see the light in a new way with another hero pulling them back out of the deepest pit of their own making. It shows how even the greatest of us can fall utterly, and the worst of us can yet be redeemed. The harsher the light, the deeper the shadow, after all.
