Eseta LOVES Chinese char siu bao; and this bun looks just like them (and manapua too). I think she would crawl over broken glass to get that batch from you! 🤣 I have never tried to make this type of bun, I am thinking about borrowing your recipe for my June vlog. Hi Ang no you’ll be fine I remember my first time making steam buns they were always leaked and opened up during the steaming process but it took few practices 😅😅 You got this Ang! This dough might be easier than my other dough for lamb buns but they both have the same and soft texture. Take care Ang💕💕
