Taste TUNISIA - first lunch in HAMMAMET - escalope, poulet, brik & first taste of omek houria!

Chanced upon this restaurant while looking for lunch and had a couple of set lunches.
We ordered an escalope (chicken breast?) and a poulet (chicken which we think was thigh meat).
The meals included soup, salad, rice and brik. We liked our first taste of omek houria, a spicy carrot dip and the fennel salad was refreshing. The soup and rice were tasty, and the freshly-fried brik with a runny egg yolk was very welcome :)
The meats were served with chips and while the thigh was succulent, the breast was a tad dry.
The whole meal cost less than 30 TND which was around £7 - a bargain!
We enjoyed our lunch here and would recommend a visit if you're in Hammamet!
